app won't launch

I've built an application using OS 10.5.4, Java 1.5.0_13, Eclipse 3.3.2, WOLips.

Everything is fine in development. However, after building the app, I am unable to launch it via CLI or Monitor. The frameworks are embedded on build.

On launch, I get the following:

Anyone have any insights on this?
