Most of these errors are WOLips complaining about the HTML syntax in your components. Unless someone knows a way to mass reformat the HTML files in your components, you'll need to open each WO component, place the cursor in the HTML editor pane, and click the Edit > Refactor > Format menu (Apple-Shift-F).
