We use DBVisualizer from Minq Software.  It works great.  Cross Platform.

Here's my other question: (you probably knew this was coming):
What are you using to edit databases now that DBEdit is not available anymore on Leopard.  We used to find it so user friendly...  Anyone got any cool applications that they're using? Please share. Freeware or not...
