Entity Modeler Attribute prefix woes...

I don't get the Attribute Prefix setting... I set it to:

prefix c
suffix 'blank'
case lower
separator Underscore

I have the same setting for Entity Prefix (except it is a letter 't').

When I create a new Entity, the prefix works great... exactly as I would expect. However, when I create a new attribute, my settings are ignored. Even when I start typing in the attribute name I don't see the column name updating.

1. am I doing something wrong?
2. are my expectations misaligned with reality?

Ted
