The funny thing is that I actually got it wrong... the dictionary
shortcut is apple-ctrl-D, not apple-shift-D... I said I need vacations.

I have remapped that with the "Keyboard and Mouse" preference pane
to Command-Return. This is also used by Entourage. I normally match
the shortcuts of some applications to if I don't like them or don't
find them intuitive. And I've used Entourage for a long time so I
was used to that shortcut.
