Actually, if you are working on a replacement for WOBuilder (and I think this group has all but decided it's not worth the energy) but if you are, I would suggest the opposite of the poster who requested it integrate with WOLips.  WOLips is fantastic, but it's one weakness is its dependence on Eclipse.  If you are building a WOBuilder replacement and you don't need Eclipse, build it standalone so that those of us who much prefer to work in IDEA can also benefit.
