That's certainly what I plan to do when it comes to deployment.
Hmmm. Embedding System frameworks in the application is quite a lot of
overhead and absolutely not necessary for normal Mac OS X deployment.
Whether Pierre has more information about future deployment styles, I
don't know, but personally I don't like the Jar frameworks because
they have no real advantage (as Mac OS X is the only supported
deployment platform and the framework concept there is everything but
legacy) but some downsides as Mike and Anjo pointed out.
For myself I'll stay with "legacy" frameworks as they just work and I
don't try to fix things that aren't broken ...
