Fore OpenBase caseInsensitiveLike gets transmogrified to "like" as
that is already
case insensitive in OpenBase-land.
The problem to avoid is that often by comparing to "upper(column)" you
bypass
any indexes on that column.
The FrontBase and OpenBase plug-ins avoid this in their handling of
this query
component.
