EOTemporaryGlobalID - Unique Bytes

Hello;

The method;

	EOTemporaryGlobalID.assignGloballyUniqueBytes(..)

...has javadoc that reads;

Assigns to uniqueBytes an array of bytes that represent a byte string that's guaranteed to be unique network wide.

In production I believe that I have seen some cases where it might not be completely unique. Has anybody else come across this sort of problem with the TGID before I start looking at the J2SE equivalent.

cheers.
