dojo is looking pretty sweet these days.
Mootools looks pretty nice, also ... Of course, this is my reasoning for wanting to abstract out those requirements :)


It's well commented and has meaningful variable names: a joy to browse and a snap to understand.

That is looking pretty positive! And Mootools is WAY easier to remember how to spell.
