How did that machine get installed?

I have no idea.

In leopard Server and Client you must have a statement like:

ScriptAliasMatch ^/cgi-bin/((?!(?i:webobjects)).*$) "/Library/ WebServer/CGI-Executables/$1"

in your httpd.conf or apache 2.2 will keep the WebObjects URL to himself and route them as cgi-bin. This is a behavior change in Apache 2.2.

This statement is included by default on both leopard server and client. Can you check it?

I don't see this in the httpd.conf that Jeff sent to me. I think you just found at least one of the problems.

Jeff, did you edit that file or move it from a 10.4 machine?

Chuck

Which Apache version are you running? Leopard runs Apache 2.2 by default. When you say you are using WO 5.3 under Leopard, are you also using the WO 5.3 HTTP adaptor? If so, that might explain your problem if you are running Apache 2.2 because it is designed for Apache 1.3.

No, that is no problem at all - it is my "production setting" in development.

I have verified that Jeff is using Apache 2.2 with the 5.4 adaptor. The problem right now is that Apache is seeing the URL as a file request, not a request for WO.
