the webobjects app. It put it at:
/Library/WebObjects/Applications/app/Contents/WebServerResources

however my logo is missing from my web page. Is there
something more I need to do?

Yes, you need to setup the split install .. Create /Library/WebServer/ Documents/WebObjects/yourapp/Contents and then symlink the WebServerResources from the Applications folder into that folder. Apache is expecting WebServerResources to be off of the document root.
