Buying advice

I may need to buy another server and get it up and running quickly and was hoping for some advice. I currently have the previous generation xserve running with Tiger Server and am developing on Leopard Client with webobjects 5.3, and DirectConnect/Apache problems notwithstanding, things are building and running smoothly. I REALLY can't afford ANY versioning headache's at this point. So...

Should I stick with my current situation and buy another previous generation Tiger server?
Should I get the latest Leopard Server, upgrade my Tiger Server to Leopard Server/WO 5.4 and switch to WO 5.4 on my development machine?
Something in between?

No versioning problems is a HIGH priority right now.

Thanks,
Jeff
