Packaging WebObjects application like JavaEOGenerator...

I've been looking at the way JavaEOGenerator has the WO frameworks packaged into it and was wondering if this process has been documented anywhere?

It would be cool if one could package a WO application as a complete unit that could then be downloaded and run without having WO previously installed.  Of course I'm sure there are licensing issues involved here but I could also see it as a way to deploy WO54 applications to a server that still has WO53 installed on it (for legacy apps).
