If you mean "forever" you can turn off "generate source" for the entities that you don't want to have source generated for. If you mean just one time to get a fresh start, just delete the original file and it will regenerate when you re-"EOGenerate" the eogen file (right click on the eogen file). If you mean just one time and you don't want the other java files, there's no nice way to do this ... generate into another folder then grab the one you want I guess.
