I'll add it as a feature request in JIRA also but, would it be possible to have WOLips to Camel-Case, with initial Capital as well? My DB Table and Field names are: Entity_Name and Field_Name. Camel-Case always makes the first letter lowercase. Maybe a checkbox under camel-case for Initial Capital?

I prefer ENTITY_NAME and field_name. Can it do everything?
With David's request, pretty much ... You can set prefixes, suffixes, uppercase/lowercase/camelcase/capped camelcase, no separator/ underscore separator, and there's one for entity and one for attribute.

So you would have an entity uppercase, underscore separator, no prefix or suffix and an attribute lowercase, underscore separator, no prefix or suffix.
