Yes, you are right.
I copied/past all Frameworks from /System/Library/Frameworks to
/Library/Frameworks in my machine B.
I forgot doing it in Machine A.
Is it only option?
Could I change the "Generated path" to point
/System/Library/Frameworks, if yes , how?

It is missing, corrupt, or has the wrong file permissions.
