The source has changed just yesterday when Q updated the sources to the current Apple stuff (plus whatever it was that we fixed and Apple didn't...)

Cheers, Anjo

We are starting a migration from Apache 1.3 to Apache 2.2. Part of the reason for this is that we see that 300ms of each request handled is spent in Apache and the 1.3 adaptor that we are currently using, so rather than investigating that problem we will upgrade.

Can anyone tell me what the state of the art is with Apache 2.2 adaptors at the moment? I would normally go to Wonder, but I see that the source has not changed for some time. My guess is that the Apple adaptor that ships with 5.4 has been rewritten from scratch and will still work with 5.3? Is that the way to go? The plan will be to work on getting it to compile for 64bit Solaris 10.
