You only need one. You must have Wonder installed... so just use the Wonder one which is under Local.
If it's still the case (though should go away when Mike releases the classpath updates) until Mike releases his classpath updates you'll possibly need to uncheck the System one each time you open that screen... I can't remember if that's been fixed or not.

Seriously, all the standard frameworks that you would usually link to your project have this symbolism. If you're using WOnder then you'll want the WOnder version with the same name.
