WO running problem.

I have bought his dev tools, and after installing for some reason it won't start. All I got is message "it quitted unexpectedly". I have Leopard 10.5.3, Xcode tools 3.1, WebObjects 5.2.
How to make this thing to work. Do I need to download something?
please help, because on apple's site i found nothing useful regarding this topic.
