are you on a network login ?
if so try moving your workspace to the local drive, rather than a
network based location.

the spinning pizza for 3-5 minutes and it says in the
corner "compiling workspace".
this is a mac pro (two intel processors) with a gig of
ram...
newest eclipse and wolips...
is there anything I am doing wrong?
