In retrospect, I don't disagree ... I think I see what Chuck is
saying, which is I think basically what I'm saying, too. Connection
pool gives you scale without resilience. So you're only solving
part of your problem with it. So yes, Chuck and I are friends again.
:-)
If you are only going to run a single instance, then yes, by all means
get connection pooling going.
