iBox - Javascript - Form Help

Good Morning...

I have been trying to use iBox for one of my pages.

I have a form where a person can set a drop down, change a date, etc.
Then, there is a button to "add" new callers.

What I originally had was a popup, however, this popup never would submit
the parent page so when people changed a drop down or a date it wouldn't hold.

So I figure I would use an iBox (looks much better too) and then submit the whole
thing together from the displayed component via iBox.

I can't seem to get this to work.

I have tried the inline where the content is initially hidden then displayed. However,
I think this doesn't submit the whole page.

Anyway... has anyone worked with ShadowBox or iBox to do such an interface?

Thanks
James Cicenia
