Yeah, it looks like if you have not claimed your ADC ticket
already, you are out of luck. I did not claim mine yet, so I may
not be going either! I am trying to contact Apple to see what is
up with this. We have effectively paid for the ticket.
This didn't happen to me, but I find it completely unacceptable from
Apple. If they sold tickets as part of the ADC membership, those
tickets should have been set aside whether they were claimed or not.
When did Apple turn into a crappy airline? Someone is going to have
to get shafted here to resolve this. It should be the people who
bought tickets most recently, not the people who had ADC memberships
for an entire year. In my opinion, Apple should make room for ADC
members by returning the money of the most recent ticket purchasers
and pay any expenses incurred by those people for cancellations.
