I can't figure out where it's getting something other than UTF-8 in the first place.
Maybe from something inside of Wonder or one of the core components? Reason #23 not to just throw RuntimeException and to instead chain exceptions ... All you get is some bottom level failure "IOException" ... Thanks. Of course Chuck disagrees with me on exceptions :)
