It's called "Web Two Dot WO" - lots of JavaScript in the front, lots
of WO in the back.
The question often comes up, that customers want to be sold to a
specific technology. Have you ever asked them, whether they care about
the technology of their company cars? They want them to work, they
want them to be reliable, and they don't want to bother with having
their own mechanics.
You sell a service. You can provide a specific service with the tools
at your hand to a price you define. That is how they handle most of
their other business and that should be the selling point.
Apple uses a lot of WO inside the company, they do a lot more than a
couple of years ago; it's good to have Pierre there doing a lot of
very good work in making the tool better as the responsible manager
and WO wizard. So why do you worry about it now when it's actually a
good time for WO developers?
