uh ... does EOAttribute's serverTimeZone do a damn thing? it looks
like there's not a single bit of code in EOF that does anything with
that value ... wouldn't it seem like the plugins should adjust
timestamps for the given attribute by the specified timezone in the
attribute, or am i being crazy?
the only plugin that seems to consider timezones at all is the
FrontBasePlugIn when you set external type to "TIME WITH TIME ZONE" or
"TIMESTAMP WITH TIME ZONE" where it APPEARS (skimming the code) that
they negatively adjust for timezone, I think setting the database
value to GMT? (could be reading that wrong, it's sort of dense and I'm
not reading it carefully)
