Bad, bad, all bad. If you use them, take them out. Take them all out and you will quickly know which ones you use. :-)

Notice that you already have a problem with both log4j-1.2.4.jar and log4j-1.2.14.jar in that directory! Which gets used?
Also, if you're deploying 5.3 vs 5.4, this is a disaster, because axis is a different version in that directory. I don't know why anything is in that dir but I can't think of a single reason why those shouldn't all be proper frameworks.
