Yes sorry, that is what i meant.
See Chuck's reply with regards to the OSC not being locked by the EC.
I believe the OSC is only locked by the EC whenever the EC itself
accesses the OSC.

Im not sure if it is safe or not, but i would lock/unlock around
the call to the setUserInfoForKey() method.
