I looked at this back in April briefly. Here's what I found at that
time:

If I get rid of either #1 or #2 the app won't launch in Tomcat. It
_seems_ I can get rid of #3, but I haven't fully tested it yet.
I'll do some more testing now and get back to you this morning.

INF/lib. Is this right? wrong? If the jars are in WEB-INF/lib, do
they also need to be in the frameworks inside of WEB-INF/YourApp.woa?
