Entity cloning is a deep subject that has been touched on several
times on the list. i.e. Your assumptions might be appropriate for you
but may not be for someone else.
I believe that the best generic implementation of EO cloning has to be
Chuck's EOCopyable stuff in his Practical WebObjects book.
