Does anyone have a nice method for Cloning an object that has to-one and to-many relationships. I assume I would need to clone each object, break all it's current relationships, then re-apply them with the clones. This seem tedious.

Has anyone come up with a better solution or a nice method for doing this? Serialization may be a way but that may carry the GlobaID? Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.

Entity cloning is a deep subject that has been touched on several times on the list. i.e. Your assumptions might be appropriate for you but may not be for someone else.

I believe that the best generic implementation of EO cloning has to be Chuck's EOCopyable stuff in his Practical WebObjects book.
