Handling Many2Many relationship

Hello, well I have to Entities, but I need a many to many
relationship, which its not good thing to do, I will need a Join table
then, so what Im doing, its I create my 2 Entities, then I create a
new relationship, and put them as Many 2 Many and leave the default
values there, i like them and it suits my requirements, my question
its, doing this I described above, is the same as if I create the Join
Entity with he Join Attributes?
Second, when creating a relation ship, if I mistake with something,
like selecting an entity name twice, or something like that, a null
pointer exception alert appears, and then I can't create the
relationship, and I have to close eclipse and relaunch again..
Any clues??
