links to examples and the tutorial that David Holt recently did a
great job of updating (which was my inspiration for this).
I've kicked-off the new section by adding a Project Template for a
D2JC Project (of course!) and I'll be working to bring a standard
Java Client template using JBND online in the next few days as well.
