I've now added the foundation to use JavaRebel to the D2JC WOlips Project Template available here:

http://wiki.objectstyle.org/confluence/display/WOL/WOLips+Project+Templates

It allows you to simply check a box for JavaRebel during project setup and it will automatically add WOJavaRebel.framework to your project and create a launch config with the correct parameters.

Simply add an EOModel and a javarebel.jar to your project and you'll have a Direct To Java Client app running using JavaRebel for fast turnaround.

Enjoy!

Hi all,

Just a quick announcement to let you know that I've gotten JavaRebel (http://www.zeroturnaround.com/javarebel/) to work with a Java Client project. It uses WOnder's WOJavaRebel framework (with a couple simple mods that I'll put into a feature request).

It works slick. Almost no more restarting either the client- or server-side apps during development!

I'll be adding the ability to set a checkbox on the D2JC WOLips Project Template that will automatically add it if checked.
