Look like it might be a HTTP adaptor error, I'm trying to get to the
admin page of the app, and I get a "No instance available" message
even if the app is running.
i would hack that code up to add a lot more debug -- print out the
actual response form the server, the http status code, etc. Or I
guess you're catching this actually happening, so you should be able
to look at the server response in the debug panel.
