Hello Stefan,
The solution is to install the .Net 3.5 framework on the server.

Hi Stéphan,
I didn't know. I tried it under a naked W2003 installation under
Virtual PC.
There I got the same error you described. In the Event Viewer ->
System I found a message that the vc80 Assembly can't be found.
My problem is, that the downloadable vmc from Microsoft expires on 16
August (sigh), so i cant test now. Sorry.

Hello Stefan,
I already have that file in the folder
C:\WINDOWS\WinSxS\x86_Microsoft.VC80.CRT_1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b_8.0.50727.163_x-ww_681e29fb
Do I copy it in an other folder ?

Hi Stephan,
it seems to be a missing dll from Visual Studio 2005.
Please try to install the redist package from Microsoft.

You can check you server by searching for msvcr80.dll.

Hi Stéphan,
I will try to install a Win2003 in a Virtual Machine and try to
test this.

Stefan,
It works like expected on a Win2003 server without PAE.
It's not the first server with PAE deactivated, but PAE is
probably the cause.
We will be completely sure if we can activate/deactivate PAE on
the same machine.

Hi Stéphan,
can you please verify this? If running without PAE i will add a
warning to the wiki.
I'm not able to test this, because the Windows2003 (64bit)
Server is an online server.

Stefan,
Same problem if installed in C:/apache
My Windows configuration is :
Windows 2003 R2 Enterprise Edition SP2
PAE is activated (I suspect this is the reason of the bug)
