The only part that didn't work straight away was the Apache 2.2
adaptor but replacing it with the one that Mike Schrag made available
worked fine:

Hi John,

Is this adaptor only for deployment? Or do you need it for running through Apache on client? And if so, where does it go? I can't find any reference to it on my system.
