Hi Frank,

I've configured WOLips on Windows Vista successfully last week. The
Users folder is not a problem because WOLips uses the %APP_DATA%
variable to define the path for its configuration.

Can you provide more information about the problem you're facing? An
error log or stacktrace would be very helpful.
