My main challenge at the moment -- the learning curve. Though I have
some experience with C/C++ in all possible flavours/platforms, Java
itself is a bit new. ( I would say I can " read/write with no
dictionary", but I'm not "fluent" yet... ".
Plus WO itself...   ;) But I hope that between  this forum, Practical
WEbObjects, and Internet, I will find the answers...

Yes, I have to stay with Postgresql. At least for a while... That is a
requirement I have in front of me, and I do not mean disrespect to
MySQL, or any other  db engine. :)
