As far as I know they are. I spoke with them at WWDC and they were busy. Now that it is free, they don't participate much in the list or respond to requests for free support. They do respond to serious bug reports. And they are probably on holidays right now. If you are asking for help, use the Frontbase Developers list, or purchase a paid support contract.
