Whatever was provided with a new 3.4 Framework, and just replaced the name on the top.
You must have been building a different target, because it's never been the default target to do an install.  So if you made changes to your ant file, you obviously have to do a similar changes in the new one.  Using the incremental builder, btw, is going to be a lot faster.  The catch is that if you do a deployment from Eclipse you will need to remember to build your dependent framework projects as well.
