| Hello, I'm trying to follow the seemingly very simple Frontbase backup and restore instructions:
You need to connect to a database as the user _SYSTEM and issue the following SQL statement: WRITE DATA;
To restore a database from a backup, you need to do so from a command line (logged in as root): Syntax: FrontBase -create -restore <database name>
However, when I do a backup, then drop and recreate all the tables (i.e. make them empty), and then do the restore, none of my data is actually restored. What am I missing here?
