Embedding wo: elements within eachother

Is it possible to embed multiple wo elements in each other with Apple's new component file format?
If not, it would make the WOResourceURL pretty much useless as it cannot be used to include css files.

The following obviously does not work:
<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="<wo:WOResourceURL fileName="style.css" />" />

I have checked the apple docs on the unified html component format, but found no mention
of embedding it in this way.
