I'll suggest that you remove the WOLips you have installed, install
the Nightly version and try again. That version should automatically
create this file. If you don't want to do that, just create this file
in a text editor using the contents above and edit to match your
machine.

The same error is applied to JavaEOControl, JavaFoundation,
JavaJDBCAdaptor, JavaWebObjects, etc.
In Eclipse Pref, in Java Build path variables, JRE_Lib and other are
deprecated.
in Java preferences, I've positionned JAVA 5 as main java machine !
What else can be done !!
