Its funny that if I take the .css from the Webserverresources then the style its not applied and of course in the console will show me that it couldn't find the css.

but still im getting the "warning"

Unable to get contents of file '/Library/WebServer/Documents/cgi-bin/WebObjects/niftyCorners.css' for uri: /cgi-bin/WebObjects/niftyCorners.css

I  remember that when I created my app, and put the .css and set up the bindings, all was fine, then I set up a script in the header which calls a JS function and I guess inside applies the style, and after that I started getting the warning. 

I have no idea why its giving it, but  as far as the Css and the JS are being processed correctly all its fine... I guess... :S
