Well, let's see. They had a WWDC in which they showed Eclipse and WOLips being used to develop WebObjects apps. That was in 2006. So, getting the information up as documentation.... Yeah, that's about the speed of it.

Apple's documentation is good to have on hand, but never hold your breath for updates and make sure you keep looking at other places for documentation.
