I believe using a Repository Manager is the easiest way to keep an
environment correctly configured under these situations (network
access restrictions and different operating systems). You can let
Maven or Ant+Ivy handle the download of dependencies for you
(including WebObjects Jars). It'll be much easier to update the
WebObjects version in the future too.
