Migrating to Eclipse entity modeler

  • Subject: Migrating to Eclipse entity modeler

I am in the process of migrating our WebObjects application to Eclipse / WOLips. When I view the warnings in entity modeler like "The relationship to table Employee is optional but the attribute employeeNumber does not allow nulls. I tried the check the checkBox to allow nulls for employeeNumber, click another field (example employeeName), click employeeNumber again and the check box is cleared. I have tested and if the field type is a numeric, the field will not stay checked. if the field is String, the check box stays checked.

Any input will be helpful

Ron
