setTimeout()

does calling setTimeout() in Session.java override the settings in javamonitor (Application Settings "Session TimeOut (sec)")?

public void setTimeOut() {
	this.setTimeOut(1200);
}

basically, if a user is logged in, i'd like to extend the session time.
