Migrating WebObjects5.2.4 Application to WebObjects5.4 Application

Hello Everybody,
 
We have our application developed in WebObjects 5.2.4 and deployed on Solaris 8 with Apache 1.3 webserver.
 
Now we are planning to migrate our application from WebObjects5.2.4 to WebObjects 5.4 on Solaris 10 server with Apache2.2 webserver.
 
Please advise me whether this migration is possible or not, if it is possible please provide me the steps(or links where I can get the info) for doing this migration.
